Full-Time Area Business Manager Construction Equipment

To co-ordinate all the operational activities under their jurisdiction and deploy strategies given by the Business Head and is responsible for generating business and recovery of Construction Equipment/ Commercial Vehicle
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
Responsible for branch operations & Collection for CV / CE.
View all proposals and approve them as per norms.
Maintain record of business and improve market share
Collate data on activities of competitors activities and be updated on market situation.
Maintain complete documentation control in terms of completeness & data value sanctity for all contracts concluded.
Preparation of Business and Recovery plan for the month.
Leading and grooming Team members for achieving business & collections target for building up suitable competencies, confidence & team spirit into them
Correspond with defaulters, RTO, Police on daily affairs.
Periodic review of trial balance.
Submit weekly expense / daily activity report of self & team.
Appraisal of team members on regular basis and feedback

Drive sales & build Mahindra Finance Brand in the construction equipment segment.

Financial powers-revenue expenditure as per budget
Staff powers-to select employees and appraise them
Administration powers-grant leaves, sanctioning of the vouchers of the customer managers.
Functional powers-decisions related to the collections and recovery

BCOM + 4-5 yrs of related experience Market Knowledge
