Full-Time Assistant Manager
Achieve Sales targets for all Residential Projects, as per defined plans and execute broker development initiatives to drive top line growth, in line with the Organizations objectives.
>Interact with brokers on a regular basis to establish relationships and resolve their queries regarding payment, contract terms and conditions, or any other aspect in a timely manner
>Ensure timely and accurate payments to brokers
>Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure a positive experience for the clients throughout his association with the Organization
>Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
>Keep track of the progress on achievement of Residential Sales targets and provide periodic updates to the Department Head
>Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis (making pitch presentations, regular communication etc.) to convert the lead; involve Team Leader, Department Head for critical clients
>Prepare proposals, pitch presentations for clients as and when required and get the same approved from Team Leader/Department Head.
