Job Description

1. Lead in the development of broad sales, bid and marketing strategies
2. Generate contracts with new and existing customers
3. Establish relationships with key accounts
4. Actively promote Companies products/services
5. Present recommendations to penetrate new and existing markets
6. Assist in the alignment of products, services and operations to deliver on customer challenges
7. Present a high level of technical understanding of product lines
8. Monitor bid and proposal activity to achieve conversion rate KPIs
9. Complete regular and detailed sales reports and submit as directed
10. Maintain CRM records and activities
11. Regular travel within Saudi Arabia to fulfil responsibilities
12. Willing to be based in Saudi Arabia
13. Drive and support local agents
14. Achieve Companies products inclusion on local AVLs
15. Ensure proposal meet technical requirements
16. Represent Company in bid clarification meetings

Skill set


1. HNC /HND or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or Business discipline

2. Tertiary education in an Engineering or Business discipline

Experience Required:

1. Experience in a similar position

2. Working knowledge of Oil and Gas Process Technology

Skills, training or special knowledge:

1. Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)

2. Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills

3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan & priorities to various deadlines

4. Participating & chairing meetings

5. Have an understanding of the upstream Oil and Gas Production Process

1. Able to utilize accrued business knowledge to strategically map a region and direct resources to maximize country potential.

2. Capable of technically understanding Companies portfolio of products and services in order to align them with your sales strategy.

3. Able to identify priority activities and convey them to the Sales and Operations Team in order to effectively co-ordinate the allocation of resource.
