Profile: Head – Sales
Job Location: Grande View 7, Katraj Bypass, Ambegaon Bk, Pune.
Experience: 10-15 years Strictly in Real Estate Industry
Salary: Negotiable to Best Suitable Candidate.

What will your job look like?
1. Achieving Sales & collections target.
(Targets will be revised time to time by management as & when required; these details will be communicated to you via official correspondence).
2. Facilitate the Sales Process. (Design & develop the Sales Process and improve it on continuous basis.)
3. Overall supervision of the sales process.
4. Overall supervision of the Call centre& its operations.
5. Performance mapping of the Sales Staff every quarter.
6. Co-ordination with the Marketing and Business Development dept. authorities.
7. Routine Agreement mapping.
8. Customer Relationship Management.
9. Monitor the performance of sales team through monthly reporting.
10. Co-ordinate with HR dept. for Training & Development part.
11. To accumulate the reports from all the sites and forward the same to the management with remarks.
12. To make sure that the customer doesnt get dissatisfied and all his needs are fulfilled.
13. Monitoring if cross selling is happening.
14. Checking customer review.
