Description

Coordinating with design development / procurement / planning department for respective works such as submission of engineering submittals , procurement of major items , MEP construction program etc •Manage Project supervision, scheduling, target monitoring with reviewing or progress reports / taking appropriate action to achieve the end result . •Manage preparation /submission of engineering submitting wrt MEP services including submission of coordinated services shop drawings and tracking schedules etc . •Manage Execution, Testing, and Commissioning with preparation of related documents, As-built drawings, O & M manuals. •Manage Safety related aspects for industrial as well as commercial projects. •Manage & ensure QA/QC related issues being implemented on the projects. •Subcontractors for smooth progress of works. •Coordinating Quality verification, Bill Verification and payment tracking. •Attend project progress meeting and take corrective action accordingly.
