Full-Time Sr Executive/asst Manager – Sales (real Estate)
Job description: Sr Sales Executive / Asst. Manager – Sales (Real Estate), Kharadi, & Hadapsar location
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual business plan and increase our revenue.
1. To coordinate & interact with customers, channel partners on a regular basis, giving presentation to customers about projects in details.
2. Plan and arrange customers visit at site for potential clients. Attend walk-ins, convert and close the deals.
3. Developing channel partner as Business Associates to achieve targeted sales.
4. Close the leads generated by presales (Tele-callers) and follow-up with potential leads till closing.
5. Coordinate with presales team (Tele-callers) and to ensure customer walk-ins and achieve the monthly Target.
6. Keeping all the track record & follow-up of clients for maximum number of Bookings.
7. Provide regular feedback of sites for analysis of sales, prevailing Market trends & competitors.
8. Organizing and participation in property fares for promotional activities.
9. Presenting the daily / monthly sales MIS to the Management
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA
Min 5 to 8 years of sales experience in Real Estate
Excellent communication skills
